Karen's positive, non-judgmental and informative personality and skills have made me feel more comfortable moving in my own body, both physically and mentally. I feel less pain and discomfort. I am developing confidence and an ease of movement that had been lost to me through various injuries and health issues. I am keenly aware of my own sense of space, posture and breathing. I feel better. When I have a setback, I know I can create a plan to recover and manage the situation with far less anxiety.
